Complaint What Happened	Back in XX/XX/2015 I had taken out a Pay Day Loan with XXXX.The Loan was {$400.00} and about 2 weeks later I had gotten caught in a bind.It was some things I had to pay and I was n't able to pay the loan back.To get help it was a Validation company that I joined call XXXX They sent Validation letters to XXXX to see if they are licensed to do business in the state of Alabama.And several months later I had found out that they was n't.

Complaint What Happened	A gentleman by the name of XXXX XXXX called me at my place of employment. I told him it was not a good time and to remove the number. About 10 minutes later, my cell phone rang and I asked for an address to send them a letter requesting verification and was told no. A few minutes after that, I received another call saying he was told by his compliance officer that he had to do what I was requesting. I requested no more calls and had gotten nothing until XXXX/XXXX/2016. I received a robo-call while driving. I called back and said I did not want them anymore and the man who answered got irate with me and I told me they would continue doing it until they got what they wanted and I could not make request of them. I hung up. He called back immediately and left me a nasty voicemail. I have verbally requested to know what this debt is, no more calls and robo-calls and all I get is threats to sue me and send people to my place of employment, which they leads their calls with ... " Hi, you work for ____ and we will come there. '' It is extremely unprofessional and in violation because they do not want to respect what I say.

Complaint What Happened	The debt collector did not want to agree with the amount I could pay to help satisfy the debt so I told him that I could not do it and he refused so I hung up. The collector has contacted my ex wife of whom I have been divorced from for 10 years and he also have been contacting my job making threats. He has released all of my info to whoever answers the phone and this is becoming a problem.
