Complaint What Happened |
I paid off my car loan over two months ago with a settled for less agreement and veros credit told my I would get my title in about two weeks. I called them several times after that two weeks had passed and they would tell me different stories such as the title is in the mail or that they forgot to send it. A few days ago they finally tell me that they hold titles for at least 180 days after final payment. Thats illegal and unethical and I need the title that legally belongs to me to be able to register my vehicle now.
