Citation text line | 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about June 13, 2019 - near Zierdt Road, Madison, AL, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards when inspections performed by the outside consultant allowed employees to work on balconies without fall protection, safety hazards documented by tickets were not communicated to subcontractor management, safety hazards were not communicated to corporate management unless the problem was continuing, and roof sheathing employees had repeatedly worked on roofs without fall protection. |
