Complaint What Happened	On XX/XX/XXXX, we bought a home and was told in the closing that we were on a fixed escrow. At the closing if the mortgage, we were informed that our contract had to be honored, regardless who bought our mortgage. Include in our mortgage plan is as follows : Principle and Interest- {$470.00} Hazard Insurance Reserve- $ XXXX County Property Tax Reserve- {$32.00} Monthly PMI/MIP/USDA Reserve- {$61.00} Flood Insurance Reserve- {$74.00} Everything in the included escrow plan above equals {$730.00}. After 1 month of closing, Plaza Home Mortgage Incorporation bought my mortgage.After a year of service, the company didn't pay our insurance both, flood and homeowners insurance. After being informed that our policies had been canceled, I contacted the company but was unable to get the matter resolved. Plaza Home Mortgage Incorporation informed me that they didn't know who to send the money to. I reminded a Plaza Home employer of the contract and they informed me that they would send a payment to both companies. I followed up with insurance agencies to see if my premiums had been paid but I was informed by both companies that a payment was not sent to them. I contacted the company again and they informed me that the money was sent in later. Plaza Home Mortgage Incorporation has for-fitted the contract. Neither insurance agency company was paid. Although the money was taken monthly, my insurance policies were not paid by Plaza Home Mortgage Incorporation. Plaza Home forced placed insurance on us and our new mortgage payment XX/XX/XXXX will be {$1000.00} a month. As stated earlier, we were informed at closing that whoever bought our mortgage would have to honor the contract. We were fixed on a 30 year plan, paying the amount of {$730.00}, unless property taxes rise.
