Complaint What Happened XXXX put my account into collections after I was forced to close the account due to multiple billing errors and service issues. Was told several times remaining amount {$88.00} would be waived due to inconvenience and in show of good faith. Then after finding out later that indeed had not taken place and account was now in collections I called several times to try to resolve this with customer care but was told it was out of their hands. Then after a period of time interest occurred resulting in current amounted. My credit was completely ruined by this error and I am highly upset by the broken promise.
