KONDAUR CAPITAL CORP, is attempting to foreclosure on my property with a fraudulent robo signed document. I have requested that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, as Trustee of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX no longer sign as Attorney in fact for us. It is unconstitutional for my rights to be waived, for I am entitled due process of law. They are going to foreclosure on my home on the courthouse steps without responding to the QWR, debt validation letter, or the proof of claim in which was submitted. I am disputing this debt because we do not owe this amount, nor do we have any contract to with neither Kondaur Capital or XXXX XXXX.
