Complaint What Happened I was a a temporary Forbearance. I received your last response to my compliant online. I never got a letter in the mail. During the time I was in forbearance, approximately XXXX payments were on hold, I was paying until that time, then the approximate XXXX month hold. When the loan started back up, you started over with a new XXXX years mortgage. I don't think that should be correct. Why did the loan start over to a brand new XXXX year mortgage when I had been paying on the loan? I think I paid about XXXX payments before the forbearance. Why did the loan not start back over from that point instead restarting at XXXX years.
