My home loan was transferred to Guaranteed rate and they were my loan servicer for 2 months. After that time, my loan was transferred to XXXX XXXX. I continued to receive statements from Guaranteed rate for multiple months despite providing documentation to them showing that the loan had been transferred. I received nothing but promises of resolution with no action. I spent multiple hours on the phone, spoke with multiple people and yet continued to get harassing letters in the mail. My account was sent to their collections department and I continued to receive statements from them with increasing about of money that they stated I owned. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, multiple supervisors were unable to resolve the issue and I was again told that the issue would have to be researched and they would get back to me.

I was in the process of selling my house and I asked my old loan company ( Stearns Lending ) for a payoff so I could be ready by our closing date and in the middle of them getting me my payoff they sell my loan to Guaranteed Rate, I wasn't notified of this process until 7 days after it was sold and I had to find out myself by calling my old loan Company. I've been trying to get my pay off from Guaranteed Rate for around 10 days now and they keep transferring me to different people, and giving me different solutions on how this will be resolved. I've already missed two closing dates because of this issue. The first time I called the representative on the phone told me she would put in the request and I would get a mailed copy of my payoff within 10 days, The second time I called I was told representatives couldn't put in the request and that I had to specifically request it myself by email and I wouldn't get my results up to 14 days of request. I emailed a second time asking them to reply to me about my first email to see if they got it and they also didn't respond to it. I had to call a third time just to check and make sure they got my email. It seems like they just keep transferring me to different people, and making up excuses and different ways for them to not give me my payoff so they can add more fees to it.
