My Mother passed awayXX/XX/2020. We went to a financial planner. ALL AFFAIRS WERE IN ORDER. We had XXXX 's, Were listed as joint on all accounts, and yet they refused to release any of the funds because they are waiting on their home office in Arkansas to approve the release of the $ XXXX in funds. We made appointments, traveled hundreds of miles, lost time on our jobs, all to no avail on XX/XX/2020.Our appointment was made 8 days prior to the appointment.XX/XX/2020. When we got there, nothing had been done, were told we would be notified today of any approval and and be overnighted checks. We began calling at XXXXXXXX today. No calls returned. The website for this outfit do not list an operations center or bank president. We are pulling at straws

On XXXX XXXX 2017 I asked bank of the Ozarks in XXXX Al for the pay off on my property and they told me that they cant give it to me in person that they have 7 days by new government law to send it in email. In this time they added XXXX to the pay off by attaching a charged off loan from years ago to it and also I payed my car off years ago and they did n't return the title
