Sensible Auto Lending may not be rescinded or terminated for a breach of terms of the contract occurring before or during that persons military service, nor may the property be repossessed for such breach without a court order

Complaint What Happened	I have an open account with Sensible Auto which is current. As of XXXX of XXXX they started reporting my account closed and reported in a bankruptcy. I filed a bankruptcy in XXXX of XXXX. My case was closed XXXX of XXXX. I purchased a car jointly with my husband in XXXX of XXXX. The account has been reporting on my account correctly for 2 years and now it's saying closed due to bankruptcy but it's open and current on my husband credit report. I have reached out to Sensible Auto last month and the credit bureaus about the issue. A supervisor at Sensible Auto stated that it will be corrected on my XXXX report but it has not updated. I am trying to purchase a home and this issue is creating a major problem for me. Please help me
