I am having a identity theft issue that I am not able to resolve directly with the credit reporting agencies or the companies. I have decided to file complaint for myself in hopes that the back and forth ends here. I have already open a case with the US Federal Courts to assist me with the suffering this has caused. I had to do my own research into the matter and I find that the credit reporting agencies reporting fraudulent accounts to my credit file without my permission is a consumer law violation per 15 USC 1681 ( b ). XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX are accounts opened by someone who stole my identity.

I called and Dynamic Recovery Solutions ( hereinafter DRS ) and DRS would not provide any evidence of the claimed owed {$380.00} andwhich claimed debt they inserted in my credit file. I called the asserted provider Florida XXXX XXXX Department to verify that I had a " 0 '' balance and they confirmed a " 0 '' balance but XXXX would not accept the information but offered to send me a " packet of forms to fill out '' which XXXX was intended to extend the adverse credit reporting to XX/XX/XXXX and on information and belief other credit reporting businesses. I never received any forms to fill out and their agents were abusive. I contend that they engaged and committed a " tort of outrage '' using their business position to effectively cause an inability to obtain other shelter should I lose my present shelter and intentionally damaging my credit using their business position. It is my understanding that this is their business practice.
I claim that the emotional distress and time associated with their trying to reverse their actions of committing a tort of outrage caused me extensive monetary damages and due to my medical condition threatened my life. Upon information and belief XXXX has committed like acts againts thousands if not 10 's of thousands of consumers like myself to force collection of invalid debt claims delaying removal of negative reporting to further harm persons like myself intentionally.

I have received a letter from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, SC, XXXX, attempting to collect on an account for XXXX XXXX, XXXX that has been deemed closed through the investigation by a previous debt collector. The original collection account number has been changed to create, what appears to be a fraudulent collection account number, different from the original, however the said original account number of the supposed debtor remains the same.
I disputed the debt in 2016 with a previous collector, who investigated the account and found the debtor account to be closed and " discontinued collection activity. '' At that time several collection agencies were attempting to collect on the same account claiming to represent XXXX XXXX, XXXX, with different collection account numbers.
In disputing the debt, in writing, one of the agency 's zipcode was found not to exist by the U. S. Postal Service.
Dynamic Recovery Solutions purports to represent XXXX XXXX and 12 other members of the " XXXX XXXX. '' I hold the letter from the agency that performed the investigation stating the results.
