The company refuses to enter the account into an active forecloser status and continues to purposely damage my credit. Selene Finance personnel informed me time and again that I fall under the SCRA. Two things, I never provided a contract or orders informing them of my relation to the military. Two I waived my rights to SCRA no less than three different times. I will attach supporting documents to support my claims. Attached : XX/XX/XXXX - Email requesting foreclosure ( memo with original deed-in-lue paperwork from XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XX/XX/XXXX - Email requesting foreclosure ( memo to lawyer ) XX/XX/XXXX - Email requesting foreclosure ( memo ) XX/XX/XXXX - Email requesting foreclosure ( memo ) XX/XX/XXXX - Returned Forms to waive SCRA via FAX. I believe Selene Finance is purposely losing documents and shuffling their feet. I am not sure to what end, but I 'm positive this is intentional.

Payments was made to selene as always. I made 4 payments in one month XXXX. Also in XXXX made 2 payments this was to applu for the month of may and XXXX. I also made a payment in may that was informed the shortage due from escrow analysis and if paid in full monthly rate would not increase. Selene shows no payment activity document med feom XX/XX/2018 to XX/XX/2018 in which the state I am two month behind. The payment was not received despite it being documented on the mortgage statement they mailed. They have XXXX unaccounted for that keeps getting reversed appled to escrow now showing fee changes and fines. Which are under dispute. They to this to scare me with an intent to accelerate notice today. Refuse to return call. Or respond respa any further that acknowledging the document was received. They have violate my rights and livelihood intentionally refusing to correct this matter that shows evident on their statement that the funds wss received. I have contacted an attorney but this Is still my responsibility to ensure action is being taken to correct this. Havoc and moral turpitude exhibited causing my family a hardships in several ways

My mortgage was with XXXX XXXX XXXX after being sold XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I applied for a mortgage modification due to the downturn in the economy. After 4 years of submitting the same information over and over, I gave up and offered them a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure in return for a {$10000.00} relocation assistance. I was then told I had to go through a short sale period first, which I did. At the end of that time, I worked with XXXX on the deed-in-lieu and executed that on XX/XX/XXXX & I vacated the home on XXXX XXXX as instructed by XXXX.. That document was never recorded, the relocation assistance was never paid, and on XXXX XXXX my mortgage was transferred to Selene Finance . Now I am almost 2 months into dealing with this new company and they are even more difficult to deal with. I have emailed and called on a regular basis ; I receive no replies to emails and when I call I am told it is being worked on, " just XXXX more thing needed, '' etc. I am living with my ex-husband because I can not afford to rent a place to live until I receive the relocation assistance monies. I have done everything I have been asked to do and in a timely manner and I need some assistance immediately. I am XXXX years old and at this rate I will never be able to purchase another home.

We purchased our home in XXXX with the mortgage originally serviced by XXXX, XXXX and XXXX which was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX - and never reported late by either company.
With XXXX XXXX XXXX, we were not considered late until the XXXX of the month. We paid no later than the XXXX of each month.
The mortgage was sold to Selene Finance who has reported us as being 30 days late on multiple occasions. We have attempted to pay within the 15 day window via their website - which regularly throws error messages or logs us out. I 've worked as a XXXX XXXX for more than 10 years and can say without a doubt, it is the most poorly constructed public ecommerce site I have ever encountered. We have called them on several occasions and are told that we are on the same pay schedule as when XXXX XXXX XXXX serviced the loan and to " pay just as we did before ''.
We receive threatening statements in the mail stating that we owe a " corporate advance '' of {$1000.00} in addition to our regular payment - yet when we log in to selenefinance.com our account appears to be current.
I am requesting that Selene Finance remove all delinquencies from my credit report and stop mailing threatening statements with erroneous charges.

I have been with Selene Finance for a year or so now and everything was going well. About three months ago they sent me a letter along with a certified letter stating that if I did not send my payments by the XXXX of every month that their would be steps taken. Granted that XX/XX/XXXX is when it is due but I have a grace period of 15 days so it is not late until XX/XX/XXXX. I would always send it before the month was up so it did not show on my credit report. I ignored the letter and threw it away. Little did I know that they would stop sending me statements. For XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I did not receive a statement. I sent them an email which they sent me back weeks later that they had thirty days to get back to me. I never heard anything. I let it go. Then I receive my XXXX bill which has my credit score listed every month. XX/XX/XXXX, it had dropped XXXX points!!! I could n't believe it! I started to investigate and checked my credit report through XXXX and realized that Selen Finance had told XXXX that my account is closed and that I am in chapter XXXX bankruptcy!! That is a bold face lie! I have never been in bankruptcy nor do I need to be considering my credit score was at around XXXX!! I disputed this with XXXX and they just sent me the results of their findings that it will be removed XX/XX/XXXX. First and foremost, I am not in bankruptcy and my account is not closed!! They receive my payment evry month. The bankruptcy can be checked by courthouse records and they can check my account with my account number.
