Complaint What Happened	My name is XXXX XXXX and I live in the mobile home purchased by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. in XXXX Alabama. The mortgage is between them and Triad Financial Services out of Florida. The property has been " Closed on '' for over a month yet Triad refuses to pay the mobile home company, demanding instead for additional employment information after the fact. Even after that information is provide their response is Let me check on things. As a direct result of Triads breach of contract in paying for the mobile home the mobile home company can not have contractors install water and sewage. For the past month we have ( I have ) been living in a mobile home with no water, or sewage. As a direct impact of Triads breach of contract and failure to conduct business all of our other utilities were greatly delayed as well. My name is not on the mortgage but I am directly effected by their refusal to pay and continued breach of contract. Regardless of any circumstances, XXXX and XXXX both signed and agree and are willing and able to pay back a mortgage. Triad signed and apparently is unwilling, unable to uphold their end of the contract. Their failure has resulted in financial burden upon myself, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and the manager of the mobile home company. Immediate resolution and restitution is needed for this matter.
