Complaint What Happened |
On the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, my crypto account that I have been using for about 4 years now refused to open. I had bitcoin worth about {$1300.00} in the account so open several tries it finally let me login in the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and now asking me to verify my identity.
I submitted all documentation asked including a selfie picture. Afterwords I waited for about a week without any response so I contacted support and they said they were working on it so I calmed down. After XXXX weeks still nothing. My complain with ticket # XXXX. I kept reporting, and now support doesnt respond to my complains no more. My verification has been under review for more than XXXX business days now.
Currently they are not allowing me to login to see and access my funds. Whenever I try logging in it saying wrong password but Im very sure its the right one. Please this is really frustrating and heartbreaking. I feel Im being scammed and Im not going to get my money back. This is all my saving. Please help
