XXXX XXXX XXXX ( acct # XXXX ) has contacted my by phone, letter and email with threats to garnish my check and to have papers served to my house. I have not open an account or gave permission to open the account. I took the account to my doctor and they do not recognize the bill. They informed me that it must be fraud.. The harassing phone calls has caused stress for something I have not knowledge of. I research as much as possible and phone out its fraud. I want these accounts removed from my credit file ASAP! I have contacted a lawyer about a lawsuit for the harassing phone calls with threats. I recorded some of them. There are 3 accounts don't know the number to one of them but two of them have the same account number XXXX

I have had an account with a company called XXXX for over a year. I had a down turn and they offered a payment agreement to help me keep my account current. I recently checked my credit files and noticed a company called XXXX claiming to be collecting for them in the amount of {$1600.00} ( I only owe {$500.00} ). I immediately contacted the original company and they had never heard of them when I let the credit bureaus know and disputed XXXX immediately responded by removing their account, however, they re-submitted it under another name, Security Credit Services. I spoke with the original company again, and they explained it is fraudulent as other customers have contacted them about the same thing. I have disputed it again with the credit bureaus, but it still remains on my credit reports. This is fraud, as they have not purchased or gotten my account from the original company, who is still taking payments directly from me per an agreement.

We put money down and financed the balance with " Why not Lease it '' two weeks later we returned the item because it was not working properly.
