Notified via personal credit monitoring that a collection account had been added to my credit report for {$15000.00}. Report states that Reliant Capital Solutions is claiming this is a new collection account that was opened on XX/XX/2023. I NEVER received any type of communication from this collector, I've not been able to dispute such, and they have placed this on my credit report without any notice. Second, this account is OVER ten years old. Given the age of the debt, Reliant is purposely and knowingly providing false information as well as scavenging old debt and presenting it to the credit bureaus as a new debt, one that is well beyond time barred.

On XXXX XXXX , 2017 -- Reliant Capital Solutions wrote a letter to my address claiming that I owe them {$550.00}. I have not spoken with anyone with this company and this is the only communication that I have had with this company.
I wrote a letter for them to validate the debt that they claim I owe. My letter is dated for XXXX the XXXX , 2017. I know that I am well within my 30 pay period to dispute the debt. I have yet to see any form of communication in reference to this debt.
Reliant Capital Solutions has already reported this debt to all XXXX credit bureaus. According to the FCRA, Reliant Capital Solutions is in violations as they are supposed to respond to my request to validate the debt.

This company has called me in XXXX week almost XXXX times. They call from different numbers using area codes that are in close proximity to the area code of the number being called. I asked a representative on XX/XX/year> to please remove the number from the call list. On XX/XX/year> a representative name XXXX XXXX called the number saying that he had been working with me for several months. I was unaware of communication with XXXX XXXX who was calling from the same company in which I received a called from the day prior. Its almost they try to use mind games. I dont know if this is a scam due to the several numbers they have called from.

I was under the impression that my deferment date would conclude XX/XX/XXXX I have written correspondence from XXXX XXXX XXXX that shows my deferment would conclude XX/XX/XXXX My XXXX XXXX XXXX account was in General Forbearance from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX with repayment starting XX/XX/XXXX As of XX/XX/XXXX our records indicate the account is current and not in a delinquent or default status.
My name is XXXX XXXX, and I live in XXXX XXXX Alabama. I am trying to resolve an emergency issue. I have a student loan issue with the U.S Department of Education, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. As a Military Veteran and a XXXX XXXX worker, I know I qualify for a Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. I am currently in the program with XXXX, they are my service provider. Because of an error of some sort, XXXX XXXX XXXX sent SOME of my federal student loans to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and flagged them as delinquent account. I have email correspondence ( I will attach with this email ) from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX that CLEARLY show, when I attended XXXX XXXX at XXXX University ; the school notified XXXX XXXX XXXX that I was a student and I was NOT delinquently. I was currently enrolled in school as a XXXX XXXX student. Also, in the notification, it states that my U.S. Department of Education and XXXX XXXX XXXX Deferment date began XX/XX/XXXX and the end date is XX/XX/XXXX. I graduated from the University of University of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and a prior deferment date of XX/XX/XXXX. Because of my current school enrollment at the time, my deferment date started over and it changed my end date XX/XX/XXXX per an official letter from XXXX XXXX. Up to this point my student loans were not delinquent or in default. I did NOT receive any letters and or telephone calls stating that my loans were in default. I requested and I asked for all of students loans be placed in a repayment plan month before my end date of XX/XX/XXXX. I am an honorable man, I tried to do the right thing and request a payment plan to start paying back my student loans. I have written and email correspondence to verify correspondence from anyone. I want XXXX XXXX XXXX, the Department of Education and the XXXX XXXX XXXX to honor my deferment date for XX/XX/XXXX. I would like my student loans to be taken out of collection and put in good standings so I can have all my loans consolidated and put in public loans service forgiveness program that I am currently in with XXXX. I requested ALL my student loans to be consolidated. I was assured that ALL OF MY student loans were consolidated, but as of Friday XX/XX/XXXX, I was made aware that I owe student loans, my whole income tax refund was taken. I waited almost two weeks to get it and the whole refund was taken away. I have proof from the Department of Education that my repayment date was XX/XX/XXXX. I have a daughter in XXXX and XXXX daughter in the XXXX XXXX in XXXX and XXXX children in XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was looking forward to sending my daughter to the XXXX XXXX program this summer through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( official invention letter is attached to this email ) My daughter was invited to represent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with this program. This is a great honor for her and we are so proud of her. She is very excited to attend this program, but now we dont have the money to send her. As a father, I want to be able to send her for her grades and hard work in school. I also would like the, U.S Department of Education, XXXX XXXX I want to s Services, and XXXX XXXX XXXX to send my updated information to ALL THREE MAJOR credit bureaus removing ALL NEGATIVE information dating back to XX/XX/XXXXOFF my credit report. This fraudulent and wrong information is destroying my credit rating. I did the honorable thing in trying put my student loans in a repayment plan MONTHS BEFORE IT WAS DUE. I was NOT aware that ALL of my student loans were NOT in repayment. I am in desperate NEED of your help and support. I am forward this letter to my other state reps as well. I can provide proof on request. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I also attached is a cease and assist letter from my Attorney to the Debt Collector. Attached is my deferment letter.
