I purchased a brand new XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. First, they did not give me a correct value for my trade-in. I traded a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( that was fully loaded, with leather seats, navigation, heating & cooling seats & steering wheels, etc ). They only gave me the trade-in value for a BASIC XXXX, with cloth seats and a standard radio, steering wheel, etc ). I had SEVERAL problems with the XXXX & was constantly complaining or visiting the service department, to inform them of problems with the vehicle. They fixed and even had to order & REPLACE parts, on what was supposed to be a BRAND new car! I insisted I wanted out, or to trade for another vehicle! They refused!!

Hey, Im sending this as a good will letter. I would like for the car loan to be removed from my credit reporting. The car is paid in full and have been paid for several years now due to my car being totaled out. Im asking for good faith on this request in hopes that my request can be granted. Yes, due to mishaps it took awhile to pay the balance leftover after the insurance paid the portion from the policy. Thanks you for consideration. It shows bad reporting and to be truthful, I never had an issue with my payments being 30 days behind when I was making payments on my car, but of course when having to purchase another car after my car was totaled- it was hard to make payments to both companies ( car loans ). Just asking for Grace

XX/XX/XXXX Entered into 36 month lease with BMW financial Paid {$2500.00} upfront Paid 14 payments to BMW financial at $ XXXX Paid car insurance for the BMW Paid title fees for the BMW XX/XX/XXXX BMW totaled XX/XX/XXXX BMW notified my lease terminated payoff of my lease with BMW good thru XX/XX/XXXX {$40000.00} Payout from my insurance {$46000.00} BMW is keeping the difference of the payoff and amount my insurance paid, because " they own the car. '' Offered 50 % of overage of insurance paid in " loyalty awards '' IF I buy/qualify for a new BMW. Giving me my insurance money and calling it loyalty awards. It's not awards when my insurance paid them.
I made 14 payments of {$720.00}, {$2500.00} upfront, {$6100.00} overage from my insurance and a pay out amount of {$46000.00} for a loan payoff of {$40000.00}. They also state I owe them the XXXX payment plus my {$1000.00} deductible to pay my insurance company.

I am writing to you today regarding my account with BMW Financial Services. It would seem that BMW has a practice of not counting months as 30 days ; thus, use irregular months ( months that are 31 days ) to count from one month to the next ; thus, this unfairly creates 30 day late payments to their customers. For example, at BMW Financial if one pays XXXX the XXXX one month and XXXX the XXXX the next month is not 30 days they count it as 31 days. Ive never done business with a company who does this most companies Ive done business with uses a rolling thirty days no matter the irregular months ( which is wise ). Because of this practice, BMW Financial Services has negatively impacted my credit rating with a 30-day late payment on my credit report. Furthermore, if this is their practice they should inform customers of this fact : I never received any written correspondence that reflects this practice or formal notice of this policy. The purpose of my correspondence is to see if you would be willing to make a " goodwill '' adjustment on the reporting of this account to the three credit agencies ( XXXX, XXXX & XXXX ). My car payments are due on the XXXX of every month and recently I changed to the XXXX of the month. There seems to be a technicality or a mistake with a late payment of 30 days for the month of XXXX on my credit reports. In the month of XXXX there was 31 days in the month ; thus, making my XXXX payment on XX/XX/18 resulted in being 30 days ; however, paying the same day ( XXXX ) of the month prior in XXXX ( XXXX payment ) resulted in being 29 days. This is an unfair a deceptive practice of credit reporting - especially for someone planning to make a payment on the same day every month. Further, extremely hurtful to customers intentionally or unintentionally.

I fulfilled my lease obligations. I bought a vehicle when my lease was up and part of the deal was the dealer being XXXX XXXX XXXX was going to pay my last note to bmw financial. They paid the note but given incorrect amount by Bmw financial. I called Bmw financial 2 months before my lease was up and was told that I would receive a {$300.00} credit bc I was under my mileage by almost XXXX miles. I receive the {$800.00} plus bill that is in collections. They confirmed they received pmt but for whatever reason they did not issue my {$300.00} credit or post pmt. have contacted them 20 plus times been told I can not speak to a supervisor they said they would settle for {$170.00} instead of {$300.00} disposition fee which they arent now. I owe nothing. They are billing tax on everything as well. My car note was {$490.00} its their fault they told Bmw XXXX {$450.00}. Tried to fix that I got letter saying call dmv we are billing for tax. Im a XXXX XXXX family widow of XXXX died on XXXX XXXX I dont pay car tax. Now they are ruining my credit. Doesnt seem legal.

I received information from you attempting to collect the above-listed alleged debt. Your initial communication to me of the alleged-debt was within 30 days ago. Please be further advised, I dispute the validity of the alleged debt in its entirety. Further I request verification of the alleged debt, including, the name and address of the original creditor, along with a copy of a signed contract with the creditor.Additionally any attempts to harm my credit history and rating by updating or changing dates after you have been informed that the debt is expired, is a direct violation of the FDCPA. Any abuse to my credit rating on your part will be met with all recourse available to me by the law. You are illegally attempting to collect an alleged debt and money that I do not owe. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including credit reporting. I have disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and it came back verified i have since then contacted the company and haven't received a response. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately.
