Complaint What Happened Was tricked into applying for a private loan with peaks under the guise that it would be a part of my existing loans with XXXX XXXX. Peaks offers no provisions for a deferment and refuses to offer me any assistance with repayment, I 'm XXXX dollars in dept and XXXX dollars behind, since I was not able to make my payment, my account is now XXXX days delinquent. If they had offered a forebearence option or an income based repayment like XXXX XXXX does, I would not be in this situation. Their collectors are calling multiple times a day. Im having a very difficult time managing the XXXX this is causing.

Complaint What Happened I attended XXXX XXXX and did not qualify for an certain amount of aid so I was told they would provide a private lending loan. I was not fully aware that these loans can only be put into deferment for only six months after me graduating. I am currently in school and can not make these payments. This degree that XXXX offered does not qualify for any jobs these days.

Complaint What Happened I attended XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NY from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. During that time XXXX XXXX took out fraudulent loans on my behalf without my consent. These Loans were with XXXX of XXXX XXXX, CA and the proceeds were paid directly to XXXX XXXX without my knowledge. One was opened on XX/XX/XXXX and shows a balance of {$3600.00} owed on my XXXX report. I disputed this loan as fraudulent in XX/XX/XXXX. The second loan they are listing on my XXXX report was opened on XX/XX/XXXX and shows a balanced owed of {$6800.00} dollars. This loan was disputed as fraud in XX/XX/XXXX. I have checked my credit report and I see that this company is reporting occasional on-time payments on both accounts. I believe that this is fraudulent act and they are attempting to circumvent my rights. They are trying to not let the accounts age so that they will not reach 7 years. They will be able to keep reporting these bogus accounts indefinitely. I also believe that they are trying to circumvent my rights under statutes of limitations afforded me under laws in my state. Beyond original contact with this company in XX/XX/XXXX after refusing to pay and denying ownership of these loans they have not contacted me. I have never made a payment to either of these accounts. There has been more than seven years of inactivity on these accounts and there hasn't been any contact between me and this company in more than seven years. They should have already been removed from my credit report. On my credit report they list themselves as : XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX
