Company attempted to fraudulently collect on a debt not owed nor opened on dates reported on my credit report on XX/XX/2022. I was alerted of a data breech regarding my personal information on XX/XX/2022, from a company ( XXXX XXXX ) out of XXXX, Texas and almost exactly a month later a company ( PARAMOUNT RECOVERY SYSTEM ) also out of XXXX, Texas tries to fraudulently collect on the same exact account I gotten removed no letter of this debt or original contract of proof was ever sent to my home address! This collection agency has called from several different fraudulent numbers harassing and not stating accurate information! XXXX already deleted off my credit report on XX/XX/2022 but the company attempted to report to XXXX I disputed that. Today XX/XX/2022 i got an alert from XXXX and i just disputed that according to XXXXaw code 15 USC 1692 PARAMOUNT RECOVERYXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TEXAS XXXX is in direct violation of reporting false inaccurate information on my credit reports.

someone used my Identity to gain medical help, and accumulated a debt of {$1100.00}. it was assigned to a collection agency and reported on my credit profile by PARAMOUNT RECOVERY SYSTM -Account number XXXX, I have requested all three credit report agencies to delete the identity theft account. Both XXXX and XXXX have initiated a general dispute ( 30 days ) instead of the guidelines set forth by the FTC through the Fair credit reporting act section 605B which requests the reporting agencies to delete the Fraudulent accounts from my credit profiles within 4 days. Both XXXX and XXXX failed to do so. I have uploaded all supporting documents to both agencies and i was informed that my request does not meet the standard fair credit report requirments to delete the file.

Reviewed most recent credit report and I noticed a collection that did not belong to me. After reaching out to the creditors, I was advised to contact the CRA to have the collection disputed and investigated as they do not have the ability to do so. After contacting the CRA I was meant with push-back even though I expressed the collection in question did not belong to me.
Under code 15 USC 1692g, 15 USC 1692c & 15 USC 6802 this is a clear violation of inaccurate reporting. I feel that these accounts are adversely affecting my credit report and costing me thousands of dollars in interest every year and ability to obtain new credit to purchase a home.

On XX/XX/year>, I ( XXXX XXXX ) reached out to Paramount Recovery in XXXX, TX seeking information for a debt they reported to ALL XXXX CREDIT Bureaus. Upon speaking with a representative, she was unable to verify the debt stating she would have to investigate ownership of the debt and that I was wasting my breath by not giving her personal information she was requesting ( fishing for information ). I told her the information she needed to know in order to verify the accuracy. I then informed her that I would be reaching out to all three credit bureaus to verify the information they were given. This company did not provide any sorta of mailed documentation to me about this debt. I have no knowledge of this debt or this company. I then proceeded to speak with representatives from the credit bureas, they allowed Paramount Recovery to list a debt on my account without providing any sorta of proper documentation that noted I was the owner of this debt. The credit bureas have since escalated my dispute, as this is a urgent matter. As of today a letter to remove the debt was sent to Paramount Recovery. I am no longer seeking validation of debt, I and DEMANDING this debt be removed. This company failed to adhere to several protocols in regards to collecting a debt. I informed them of the protocols they violated. It is my right to have this debt REMOVED until this debt has been rightfully investigated. It should not be on my credit report if the company can not validate the debt.

On XX/XX/2023, Paramount Recovery added a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX. Upon further research, the account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Debtor 's creditor did not verify this collection. Also, there was NO written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it belongs to me. According to the FCRA, XXXX XXXX has violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account immediately from all XXXX credit bureaus.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I went to hospital emergency. After visit, due to my financial situation ( I was unemployed ), I filed for indigency. The hospital wrote off their portion ( attached proof ), and I also have a confirmation number written on bottom of hospital bill that XX/XX/XXXXwas going to follow hospital indigency application ( all bills follow indigency applications ) and write off their amount due. This confirmation number is written on hospital bill I have attached.
For some reason, florida emergency continues to send it to collections and it has been reported to my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ( proof attached ), XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have successfully had this disputed from my report except fro XX/XX/XXXX when I depended on an experien employee and that was my mistake. XX/XX/XXXX collection fromXX/XX/XXXX thru paramount recovery remians on my report due to experiens negligence. I have disputed this again.
More issues with this are that : amount is incorrect and has been since beginning ( see attached proof ). This bill is from XX/XX/XXXX and therefore is too old to be on my credit report ( again and again ). Paramount recovery is fraudulent in stating that open date for this bill is XX/XX/XXXX. It is XX/XX/XXXX.
I have also included a word document that states these items and was used for XX/XX/XXXX dispute to experian.
I want paramount recovery to stop seeking collection and have it removed from my report.
I want florida emergency to STOP sending it for collection since it is fromXX/XX/XXXX.
I want experian to be more aware and watchful of items that come onto my report and see that if it has rightfully been written off before, it should not appear on my report to start with.

I hae been a victim of identity theft since XXXX. I am also a victim of the XX/XX/XXXX data breach of XXXX.
someone used my information to get medical help and accumulated a debt of {$1100.00}. A collection agency ( Paramount XXXX XXXX '' placed a collection account on my three credit report. the account is fraudulent and i have reported it to the FTC as such. I contacted the collection agency, the three credit bureaus asking them to remove the collection account from my report per the fair credit reporting act section XXXX. Only XXXX removed the account within 4 days. Both XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX started a " general dispute '' tat takes 30 days and they refused to discuss the reason behind that. I have uploaded all the supporting documents to all involved parties and I feel thatXX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX are hurting me by keeping this fraudulent information on my credit profile.

Do you report this information to the authorities, or do you just sit there??? How are complaints to you, handled??? I have a VERY OLD XXXX charge from a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had no insurance at the time, back in XXXX. I forgot all about it, and now all the sudden it pops-up on my credit report- this month and this year. ( XX/XX/XXXX ). It's over {$1000.00}. I'm on SSI and can't pay this bill. Is this legal?
Also, there are numerous student loans on my credit report, that have been there, since around XXXX. They were placed on my report BEFORE I finished XXXX, having taken no break. This is ILLEGAL. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX placed them on my report. I have a letter from XXXX saying ALL my student loans are paid for by XXXX, because of my XXXX. I keep attaching the XXXX letter to XXXX, but they refuse to take the student loans off my report. I filed a new dispute a month ago, and have heard nothing back. I usually don't. I also spoke to them on the phone a month ago, about my name spelled incorrectly and addresses I've never lived, and was told they were changing the information " as we spoke. '' A week later, nothing was changed. My first name is NOT spelled with an S on the end, it's an A on the end.
They have been jerking me around like this for YEARS. I've been trying to get this information squared away for YEARS, by filing dispute after dispute, after dispute. NOTHING on my credit report has been fixed.
