Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) At 26651 Perdido Beach Blvd Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about January 23, 2013 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 12.7 feet to the ground below in that he failed to provide fall protection for employees working on the roof installing lights. |
