I was denied XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. They did a background check at sterling on me. There is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and it is over 7 years old. It is 11 years old. The charge date is XX/XX/XXXX and the disposition date is XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Ive been denied at XXXX and XXXX also but it has been couple years ago. But is it true its only suppose to be on my file for 7 years? If so will you please update my file. Also on the other XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX isnt suppose to be on there because I did drug court and it was suppose to be expunged. I was told that at court. That was part of the plea agreement

On XX/XX/2024, a crimal background report was done on me for a job. XXXX months ago the same company name XXXX did a criminal report on me and I had know problems being hired a company. I applied for a job with another company and they also used XXXX to do the criminal report. There is somebody by the name of XXXX XXXX whose showing on my report with my birthday and social security number. The address that's showing for XXXX XXXX along with the crimes he committed are also showing on my report.

Refiling complaint because company said I did not send all of the account details information to identify the information I am disputing on my report. I have emailed this information to them repeatedly as well as faxed it, without any response. I will not post personal information here, as it states this information is displayed publicly. This company knowingly and willfully reported old, innacurate and false information that caused substancial harm in the form of lost employment. I was not allowed to dispute the information or the accuracy of the report before the offer letter for employment was rescinded. Further, I have not received the required legal notifications such as a preadverse action or adverse action notice and I have requested it several times. I have submitted proof of the false information more than 5 times and have tried contacting the company numerous times. They disconnect phone calls and don't respond to questions that are emailed regarding getting a new report with the incorrect information removed. This company has a vast history of false and innacurate reporting and in my research they have lost numerous court proceedings regarding the reporting of innacurate or false information including at least one class action lawsuit, yet they do not appear to have refined their business processes despite the continuous harm being caused to thousands of Americans. I believe this company has acted in such bad faith, even after legal repute, to so many consumers, they have proved they can not be trusted to reliably and responsibly report information and as such, they should NOT be allowed to gather, review, report or otherwise access anyone 's personal information or provide any information to any company in any capacity.
