Complaint What Happened	I was involved in an on the job vehicle crash XX/XX/2021 in XXXX XXXX, Florida. The vehicle was registered to the employer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX covered by XXXX XXXX XXXX company commercial policy. I resisted being transported by XXXX XXXX XXXX but was all but forced into submitting with the assuring me that they had all the liability covered when they took possession of proof of coverage from the vehicleXXXX XXXX finally paid the claim in full on XX/XX/2021. On XX/XX/2021 CMRE Financial, a California based collection agency reported the account as unpaid to XXXX which in turn reported to XXXX. I have a perfect payment record with all of my legitimate accounts and took a severe hit to my XXXX score. Everyone involved has been notified and repeated disputes have been filed after XXXX and CMRE assured me the collection would be removed.

Complaint What Happened	I have asked CMRE to validate a collection they are reporting on my credit reports on XXXX/XXXX/16 and they have failed to provide anything that would support the fact that they are attempting to collect interest on a debt without an agreement or contract. Nor have they supplied anything other than a statement on one of the collections. I told them that I would be reporting them to you but they obviously do n't fear you because they failed to delete themselves or answer questions about the debt ( s ) that they are using to damage me financially. Its damaging my credit and it is important to me.
