I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX that I would have a free appraisal if I used XXXX XXXX for my loan.I later was told by my loan c onsultant XXXX XXXX XXXX that I will be rguired to pay for my appraisal and if I wanted to be reimbursed by XXXX XXXX it would show up as a credit at closing and I would have to pay a higher interest rate for the loan than t he one lo cked in-these are misleading and deceptive practices and where I come from it is called a lie.this is an unethical loan broker and should be investigated for this other malfeasance.I will be taking this complaint to the government mortgage regulatory agency handling oversight of these companies.

On XX/XX/2019, I signed a 'Borrower 's Authorization emailed to me by a Ms. XXXX XXXX of New American Funding who stated to me that my credit score was high enough to obtain a {$120000.00} mortgage. All was well until Ms. XXXX informed me that she would be handing me over to a Mrs. XXXX XXXX, of the same lender but located in the state where I reside, Alabama. Ms. XXXX informed me that All documentation asked for was uploaded by me and that I would have to inform Mrs. XXXX my realtor 's logistic information and that he/she would have to inform Mrs. XXXX of the home I was interested in and the amount of the home. On XX/XX/2019, Mrs. XXXX and I finally spoke over the phone with me asking if she needed any additional information in order for me to obtain the mortgage, she said she'd received the application from California and Ms. XXXX and she would go over it and get back to me. On XX/XX/2019, Mrs. XXXX sent me an email requesting I have a cosigner for my mortgage, another application for my cosigner to fill out she asked him over the phone, would it be okay to pull his credit, he agreed. When I emailed Mrs. XXXX information about low-income borrowers, ( DTI ) ratios, down payment assistant programs in our State, Mrs. XXXX commenced becoming angry, sent a demeaning email to me about FICO scores, my ( DTI ) ratio is okay but that my cosigner 's middle credit number was too low, and then at the end of her email she said that the company lenders Would Not Be Able To Offer Me A Mortgage. I feel that Mrs. XXXX XXXX XXXX was committing a " racially restrictive covenant on deeds to keep people of XXXX from buying homes ''. I thought the U.S. Supreme Court Banned Housing Discrimination in All States Including Alabama.

I'm applying for a cash-out option with new american funding for my home loan equity. But a couple of collection accounts I have. I tried to work with them for them to remove it. But they refuse to remove it. Because they have closed them I told my loan officer. I'm applying for my cash-out option for my home loan equity. For a new roof and ac unit and for new flooring. I just need the money right now to pay off the bills along with getting a new roof and ac unit.

I applied for a mortgage thru XXXX Thru New American Funing XXXX XXXXXXXX My credit score is in the XXXX or higher range but because I had seriously delinuency which does not belong to me under my name it is someone else SSNumber listed I tried to explain that to them and that I had sent in my information to all three credit bureaus trying to get it deleted. The credit bureaus have not responded back to me I even asked for an updated copy of my credit report and haven't received one from either credit bureau. So XXXX denied my loan because of the inaccuracies on my credit report even after the explanation. They have a clause stating that they do not check your credit well obviously they do and denied me because inaccurateness ' on my credit report. I don't understand because they simply stated that they work with bankruptcy, low scores and bad credit so if they do why was I denied. Thanks
