I purchased tires for XXXX XXXX, after I did that, they dropped my credit limit to XXXX.
I called and they said it was because my XXXX XXXX dropped.
Now, my XXXX statement says I have a XXXX minimum payment due.
And I'll be charged XXXX late fee if it's not met.
Im disgusted at this. It's not right!

The phone number XXXX has called numerous times throughout XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Theyve called me XXXX times since XXXX started. Its currently XX/XX/XXXX. They ask me to verify my name and I do, then they proceed to tell me that they cant find account information. I spoke to a XXXX and they submitted a ticket to their IT to have my name removed from the account, this was in late XXXX or early XXXX, but they continue to call me. Ive blocked their number, but when they last called, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX I asked to speak to a supervisor and there wasnt XXXX available. I was transferred to Customer Service and found out they were operating out of the XXXX. I disconnected and blocked their number.

I set up payment arrangements to get on a program. They agreed to place all my late payments on the back of the loan. Over the course of one month I made 3 payments totalling {$850.00}. Last week, I began receiving back to back collection calls. I spoke with a rep who said I was n't on a program. I told them to play the tape. They did. They told me that even though the rep I spoke with assured me that I was on the program, that I was not in fact on the program and would have to make another payment to be " considered '' for the program with no guarantee.

I contacted Prosper to inform them of their violations against me as a consumer and was told they had the right to deny me for a line of credit.
Prosper is in violation of U.S. Code $ 1681m - requirements on users consumer reports ( a ) DUTIES OF USERS TAKING ADVERSE ACTIONS ON BASIS OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN CONSUMER REPORTS If any person takes any adverse action with respect to any consumer that is based in whole or in part on any information contained in a consumer report, the person shall ( A ) Duties, generally ( ii ) does not include- ( I ) information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person furnishing the information ; or ( II ) information in a consumer report.
Late payments are considered transactions which is a violation.
There was also unauthorized use of my credit card by this company.

I am a victim of Identity Theft and was a victim of having my personal information used to take out fraudulent credit cards, create fraudulent bank accounts and charges were made on some of my existing credit accounts. One of which is a loan with Prosper. I have fulfilled all the obligations of an Identity Theft Affadavit and to have these transactions erased through FCRA 605B. So I am requesting that the loan be deleted so I can have an accurate credit report. I submitted the required information to XXXX, who sent me a letter stating that they were not going to honor the Identity Theft affadavit, but didn't list a reason why. This is a DIRECT violation of Federal Law. So I explained to a representative at XXXX and Prosper that all they could do was DISPUTE the account. But treating it as a dispute is ridiculous, as I have not asserted an inaccuracy in the reporting by the furnisher, who is relying upon their information without means to independently determine whether it is fraudulent. That is why the identity theft blockage provision of section 605B exists .... to bypass the need to consider proofs. I have no proof to offer to support a dispute, and thus your assertion in the form of a police report is being used to obtain blockage/removal of the charges, not contest the accuracy of its reporting. The dispute process is not a legal fact-finding process, and has no party authorized to review conflicting views of facts and make a binding determination. This is why I filed the ID theft affadavit in the first place. A furnisher does not have to provide proof in order to verify. They must conduct a '' reasonable investigation '', and based on the results of that investigation, state that they have adequate basis for determining that their reporting is accurate. If documents in their possession assert to have been authorization from the consumer, they have no way to determine otherwise, and thus can verify on that basis. That is the reason Congress enacted the identity theft provisions of the FCRA, which permits blocking of such information from a consumer 's credit report without the need to prove a negative. Prosper is also still reporting the account, even though I sent them everything legally required to have this blocked.

This the 2nd time been denied~ a loan. Was denied access to my credit from this bank. Stating that eye ' don't meet basic credit requirements and that they would be unable to extend credit at this time. This is not a determining factor, of me accessing my credit. In this consumer credit transaction. XXXX, am aware, that eye am the Consumer and Original Creditor and can not be denied an extension of my credit. Pursuant to 15 USC 1611. They are criminally liable for giving me false and inaccurate information, willingly and knowingly. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( k ) denying me access to my credit is an adverse action and under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act qualifies as discrimination. 12 CFR Part 1002 Supp. 1 Sec 1002.4 ( a ) 1.

This company used my social security card which is my credit card. According to the USC It gives the definition of a credit card below.
15 USC 1602 ( l ) The term credit card means any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on XXXX XXXX XXXX and is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1642.
U.S.C 1681m and 12 cfr 1002 because I, the consumer. made an application in good faith, but credit was not issued.
Furthermore, because my social security number ( credit card ) was used and I received NO benefit. This is proof of fraudulent activity ( unauthorized use of credit card ) on behalf of XXXX XXXX and PROPSPER according to 15 U.S. Code 1691 - Scope of prohibition ( a ) Activities constituting discrimination It shall be unlawful for any creditor to discriminate against any applicant, with respect to any aspect of a credit transaction ( 1 ) on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex or marital status, or age ( provided the applicant has the capacity to contract ) ; ( 2 ) because all or part of the applicants income derives from any public assistance program ; or ( 3 ) because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under this chapter.
By law a consumer cant deny you for credit according to number 3 above and 12 CFR 1002.7 - Rules concerning extensions of credit.
1002.7 Rules concerning extensions of credit.
( a ) Individual accounts. A creditor shall not refuse to grant an individual account to a creditworthy applicant on the basis of sex, marital status, or any other prohibited basis.
One of these prohibited basis includes a consumer something in GOOD FAITH which I did.
