Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): The fall protection plan did not conform to the provisions specified in 1926.502(k)(1) through (k)(10): a) On or about 05/07/14 - at Building A, 115 Greensboro Avenue, Tuscaloosa, AL, for the employees engaged in residential construction and exposed to a fall hazard of about 9-feet while installing floor joists and working at the leading floor edge, the site specific fall protection plan did not document reasons why the use of conventional fall protection systems are infeasible or would create a greater hazard; di not include a written discussion of other measures taken to reduce or eliminate fall hazards; and did not identify each location where conventional fall protection methods could not be used.
