Cks financial hit my credit report as a line of credit for {$7000.00}. I have never entered into any contracts verbally or written with this company. They have not sent any correspondence as to why or how my personal identification was used to open an illegitimate account. The desired outcome is for them to remove any open accounts under my personal information and close all accounts or services under my personal information. And to be fined for deceptive practices and failure to communicate intent, purpose and documentation for any open credit services or contracts which I have not been a willing party to.
