Results were calculated for a 468 minute sampling period. The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program. a) Glass Cutting Area: On or about October 18, 2016 an employee was exposed to noise dose at levels of 79.7 % (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 88.36 dBA) which is 1.77 times the action level of 50% (equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 85 dBA) while working in the packaging area sorting and grading bricks. Results were calculated for a 485 minute sampling period. The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program.
