I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX in XXXX Alabama. After the purchase three weeks later I was contacted from the finance company which is Global Lending informing me that they had worked it out to where I could get the car. I then informed them that I already had the car and they were confused so they said they would call me back so they called the dealership once they spoken with the dealership play said the dealership had dropped the ball and that my payments would be lowered {$100.00} due to their negligence then they told me that I would have to sign a new contract my original contract had my gap insurance due to that fact I was working in a retail store and could not leave work which was always made very clear from the day one of the purchase so with that being said they sent someone to my job to have me sign a new contract informing me that only thing changed was my payment due to the negligence of the car dealership well I had a lot of people and all I asked was the only thing changed on here is the car payment so I signed it not knowing that they had taken out my gap insurance I was then hit by an XXXX and after that fact I had for about a year had already been been trying to get that new contract from the dealership I talked to leave the owner countless times and I had to have date and all of that available also this was at no fault of mine due to this wreck it has just diminished my whole life is messed up everything anyway with that being said I contacted Global Lending and let them know as soon as the wreck that happened and then they kept trying to get in touch with the dealership I was been informed that no gap insurance was ever honored and that I would have to take it up with the dealership so that left me XXXX and then on top of that the payoff that was sent to me in paper on a bill like 4-5 months later stated my car pay office only XXXX XXXX and something well once I had wheeled and dealed with the finance company I mean Liberty Mutual who was responsible for hitting me day in and day out from XXXX up to XXXX and something they told me that I still owed {$430.00} well then I told them I would take them to court because that is not what the quote stated on my papers also I never could get my gap insurance honored on top of all of that they tacked on Mini late fees and put me through a lot of hardship then once I told them I would be taking them to court they sent me a check for {$430.00} but on my credit report it states that it is a charge off of over {$14000.00} which is absurd so I have don't look Delta these people hours and hours on the phone I have done all I know to do my I'm exhausted and I don't think it's fair that people can practice business such as XXXX XXXX the way that they did and took out my gap insurance and then I would have been left XXXX and not been able to do anything that I need to do so until my personal injury litigation Czar over I guess that's where I'll take that up so I need that corrected on my credit report it was not a charge-off they were paid in full and some

Reviewed most recent credit report and I noticed a charge off that did not belong to me. After reaching out to the creditors, I was advised to contact the CRA to have the charge off disputed and investigated as they do not have the ability to do so. After contacting the CRA I was meant with push-back even though I expressed the charge off in questions did not belong to me.
Under code 15 USC 1692g, 15 USC 1681S-2, 15 USC 1681 ( e ) this is a clear violation of inaccurate reporting. I feel that these accounts are adversely affecting my credit report and costing me thousands of dollars in interest every year and ability to obtain new credit to purchase a home.

I was looking at my report and notice there were some thing that was not correct. I sent a letter to Global Lending Services on XX/XX/2024. But it has been more than 35 days, Global Lending Services still haven't responded to my letter. That a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1635 ( b ) Under 15 U.S. Code 1635 ( b ) when an obligor exercises his/her right to rescind under subsection ( a ), he/she is not liable for any finance or other charge, and any security interest given by the obligor, including any such interest arising by operation of law, becomes void upon such a rescission. Within 20 days after receipt of a notice of rescission, the creditor shall return to the obligor any money or property given as earnest money, downpayment, or otherwise, and shall take any action necessary or appropriate to reflect the termination of any security interest created under the transaction. If the creditor has delivered any property to the obligor, the obligor may retain possession of it. Upon the performance of the creditors obligations under this section, the obligor shall XXXX the property to the creditor, except that if return of the property in kind would be impracticable or inequitable, the obligor shall XXXX its reasonable value. XXXX shall be made at the location of the property or at the residence of the obligor, at the option of the obligor. We went to court and we had the receipts on transmission and how they weren't trying to cover the warranty. Basically leaving us having to get another car and still have to pay a car note on a car that wasn't working. It was ruled in our favor. today I get an alert and it's about them trying to get money that is not owed to them.

I have yet to receive my title from Global Lending. This process has been going on from XX/XX/2021 and until now, XX/XX/2021. I the consumer called numerous times and was told by untrained representatives that my title was being sent from a vault in NY, then was told that my title would take 8 weeks to be sent to me, then that my title couldn't be found. I heard every excuse there was.
I have been working w/ Global Lending to receive what I paid for.. the title to my car.
To add, A lender withholding your title is against the law in Michigan and is subject to be fined. I want this title and at minimum this creditor and their inputs payment history etc to be removed from my credit report.
