Debt Validation Request I am writing in response to your recent communication regarding an alleged debt you claim I owe. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I am requesting validation of this debt. I have no knowledge of this debt, It has been on my credit reportedly since XX/XX/XXXX. I have not received one letter or call about this debt. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a certified letter requesting the validation of this debt. On XX/XX/XXXX is when they sent me a letter responding with a breakdown of charges related to this debt, no contract binding by me and this creditor, no signatures exchanged, or nothing of the sort. I am not aware of this debt.

I am filing a complaint against Ability Recovery Service ( ARS ). This collection agency started reporting an item from XXXX XXXX on my XXXX and XXXX credit reports some time in XX/XX/XXXX, as noted on XXXX credit report # 1, dated XX/XX/XXXX The date of first delinquency is reporting as XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX credit report # 2, dated XX/XX/XXXX, you can see that the item is no longer reporting. But on XXXX credit report # 3, dated XX/XX/XXXX the item has re-appeared with a new account number and a new date of first delinquency. This is a serious violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act pertaining to Section 623 ( 5 ) ( A ) and has caused me a hardship with obtaining a home loan due to the fact that the item is reporting as n new collection less than a year old.

Before this point I contacted the hospital and told them they needed to bill my insurance since I had it and they refused to so.
